  Bad service when you have a problem.
  Great service when you just need a stamp etc.
  
  The gentlemen that run this store should not have a customer facing business. If you have an issue whatsoever they will literally argue with you. Example: came in and paid for a return receipt registered mail to my broker. They gave me a receipt but transposed the number on the usps label. How does that happen you ask? Well they make a copy of your form but in this case they copied it wrong, the gentleman hand wrote the number in. It was wrong.
  
  When I asked about this it was not their fault it was mine. Bad service. Bad attitude.

  I agree with the negative. reviews. The service is very slow, no one answers the phone during store hours; it just ring and rings. They owner is definitely not cut out to be handling customers.

  I too saw the negative comments and I felt that I needed to tell anyone who's reading this the truth. The service I receive is nothing short of exemplary every time I walk in the door. I've been with the store for a little over two years and have never had any problems. I always receive my mail and my packages on time. And delicate packages I receive are always handled with care. I recommend this store 100%
